Daniel Scalzi	c670b7d88d	Initial work on overlay system. ... The overlay display is driven by an array in the global redux store. Overlay content is now queueabale, so alerts can be asynchronously dispatched without interferring with existing displayed content. The server/account select overlay components are yet to be completed.
